DOT block Video sharing and file hosting site in India

 DOT(Department of Telecom) and TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) blocked some video sharing and file hosting in India.Currently around 15 popular File and Video sharing sites are banned by all ISP of India.When you open any banned website, you will get following message.
This site has been blocked as per instructions from Department of Telecom (DOT) .

• Depositfiles.com
• Filesonic.in
• Uploaded.to

 Now this process of blocking is not fully started so you may open these website but after some day these website can not open by Indian ip-address.You can open these website by any proxy or VPN(Virtual Private Network).
